on our Southside Estates.

Dublin, offering a range of housing options including general needs
housing for families, supported housing for older people, and
accommodation for men experiencing homelessness at the Iveagh Hostel.

POSITION 2 x Deputy Estate Managers (Southside)
THE ROLE This role is required to deliver additional management
capacity and capability to the operations of the Trust?s estates,
aimed at ensuring the optimum resident and community experience is
provided.
The Deputy Estate Manager will deliver on projects and tasks assigned
by their Estate Manager as well as act as designate in the absence of
the Estate Manager for specific daily operations and resident
responses.
Within this role it is essential to build a rapport with residents,
gain trust and help them integrate within their community, while being
sensitive and pragmatic to their needs.

CONTRACT Permanent
SALARY Depending on Experience
